Kikay - Filipino slang word for 'sassy' (www.urbandictionary.com)I've read that the word was coined from a song called "Sayaw, Kikay" (Dance, Kikay --- like, telling a girl named Kikay to dance). Later it became a familiar word to describe someone or something that is stylish, chic, cool and fun.
